RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The product orders made in the website dforiginal.com are subjected to returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days since the delivery date without need to explain the reasons for such an act granted that the products were not worn or washed or they have manufacturing and/or fabric flows. The item must be returned with the original tag. If the tag has been removed and the item is not in its original condition, it will be considered used and will not be eligible for return or exchange. Delivery and order processing fees are not reimbursed. Refunds are to be made within 7 business days since receipt of the package from customer.
There are some restrictions as well. DF.ORIGINAL retail stores do not accept returns of the products purchased in the website dforiginal.com. Purchases made in the DF retail store or from authorized retailer should be returned back to the store. Transportation costs for returning or exchanging goods are paid by the customer.
According to the law: "Protection of consumer rights" — underwear and swimwear are included in the list of goods of appropriate quality and are not subject to exchange or refund.
Items from final sale with - can't be changed and returned.
In case of return, any gift unit are returned from customer or must be paid at full price.
